Last spring I ran across a lady advertising her art classes. She teaches a class where she walks you step-by-step through a painting in a group setting. You leave at the end of the night with a finished painting that you created. I’d heard about a place in Birmingham that’s similar (Sip-n-Strokes) but I’d never been able to find time to go. So I suggested to some friends that we try it out this fall. I signed up for two classes and some friends signed up for one too.
The first class was Monday night and it was so much fun! Everyone’s painting turned out differently but they all look so good! She did walk us through exactly what to do and even though we were a table full of OCD-ers I think we did great! Here are some pictures!
