My friend Kelly has hosted playgroup at her house a few times over the past year and due to the success of those events a group of mom’s have decided to start rotating houses for playgroup every other week. Today was the first playgroup at Deacon‘s house! Charlotte was a little overwhelmed at first, I think one because she hadn’t been awake for very long but also because she was the only girl! But she quickly overcame her stage fright and jumped right in there with the boys. She had a great time and crashed as soon as we got home. Thanks for having us Megan! We’re looking forward to hosting in a few weeks!

But soon Charlotte was headed to those blocks! The other Mom’s marveled at how Charlotte turned around and looked at me to let me take a picture when I called her name. If only they knew how rare that is! I think it was just because she was in a new place and was thinking I was going to tell her bye bye!

Charlotte loved playing with Deacon’s game box (I don’t know what to call it!). I remember playing with blocks like the ones on top when I was little. Maybe Charlotte needs one of these for her birthday!
And then she found the musical instruments and fell in love.

I am at my mom’s for Easter and I’m going to see if I can find some old pictures which I will not post on my blog, but scan and make copies for you to use (or burn!) as you wish!
