When I was pregnant with Charlotte I developed some severe back pain and so went to physical therapy for a little while which eliminated the pain. Last fall pain came back again and I was diagnosed with scoliosis (that developed since high school which is unusual!) and PT again helped me regain a life without pain. When the pain reappeared in a different spot during this pregnancy I knew the routine and quickly went in to PT for a few sessions to get new exercises for this pain.
Since then I’ve been doing my PT at home, usually while Charlotte is asleep but sometimes I do it while she’s awake. She loves helping me count my reps and gets even more excited when she does her “ex-cises”!
