Christmas at School

I’m finally starting our Christmas posts and thought that I’d start with the very first festivity…Charlotte’s class party!  The Wednesday of the last week of school, the kids celebrated Christmas with a wrapped book exchange, a Christmas craft, and a yummy lunch.  Based on all of their faces they loved every second of it!

Charlotte was so excited with Mrs. B put on, what Charlotte calls, her favorite song.  I loved watching her dance with her friends and I love the modified words to the Hokey Pokey.  “You give your heart to Jesus and you turn yourself around! That’s what it’s all about!”

Charlotte lost interest in her chick-fil-a nuggets once she saw the vanilla cupcake with peppermint icing!  She took one bite of the cake before proceeding to lick all of the icing off before she finished off the cupcake.  Silly girl!

I was worried about how James would do during the party, but he was content to hang out in his stroller and munch on snacks while watching Sissy and all of her friends!
