Now that I’m on a Recipe Wednesday roll I might as well try and continue it….we’ll see how long it lasts! I made this pasta last month and enjoyed it thoroughly. Jason picked out some (ok, lots) of the artichokes and the kids didn’t eat it but I enjoyed it and the leftovers! If you don’t have artichoke lovers in your house you might reduce the number or omit altogether but I loved it and hope you do too!
