We just got back from Charlotte’s six month checkup and she is asleep — tired from her shots. This appointment went better than her four month appointment. It’s always good when she calms down quickly after the screaming. Our doctor said that she looked great and was in a good place for her height/weight/etc. He keeps saying that she’s going to be petite though. 🙂 Right now her height is on pace with a 5’2″ woman so she might end up short like me. However, my parents tell me that I was always in the 99th percentile for height growing up and we all know how that turned out!! 🙂
Charlotte weighs 14 pounds 15 ounces (25th percentile), is 25 1/2″ long (36th percentile), and her head has a 43 1/2 cm circumfrence (75th percentile). She is learning so much that her little brain is just expanding to keep up with everything! It was good to hear that she’s put on over 2 pounds and almost 2 inches over the past two months. We feel like she’s growing like a weed!
