It is HOT here but despite the heat we went to Jason’s company picnic on Saturday at a local ballfield. We had a great time meeting some of his new co-workers and watching a very tiny bit of baseball.
Can you see how hot she is! And this is not long after we had gotten there! Thank goodness we had this little portable fan. But Charlotte didn’t really like it and kept wanting us to turn it off. We were able to blow it at her from behind though to help a little bit!
C loved sitting on the picnic table to eat dinner and she watched the players on the field too. I’m pretty sure at this point she’s saying “Ball! Ball!” and pointing to the ball.
Even though the skies look yucky it didn’t rain on us and the clouds and breeze made the game manageable!

I love this picture of Jason and Charlotte on the hill behind the picnic area. Not long after I took this Charlotte refused to hold his hand and proceeded to walk up, down, and all around on the hill all by herself! She is quite the walker these days!
