Since both of her parents are engineer’s Charlotte is very precise about a lot of things. We’ve found that she enjoys sitting down and working on something and recently that has been stacking her finger crayons. We found these Farm Finger Crayons in New York at Kate’s Paperie and while she’s always enjoyed coloring with them they’ve only recently become a big hit since she’s noticed that there are animals on each one and knows that she can now stack them. Last week she sat for almost thirty minutes stacking her crayons, watching them fall over, picking them back up, and stacking them again! (And a few times she laid them all down flat and said “Night! Night!” to them as if they were taking a nap!) The concentration and delight on her face are priceless!
